This project involved the entitlement and permitting of a nationally designated historic structure subject to a highly rigorous regulatory review process. Due to its historic status, the project required extensive documentation and strict compliance with preservation standards. Leveraging deep experience with complex municipal approvals, we guided the project through all required reviews, resolved regulatory concerns, and ultimately secured full permit approval and entitlement clearance.
