This project involves the full-cycle development of a 9,000 SF infill site, from design, subdivision, entitlement, permitting to construction execution. Leveraging California state housing legislation (SB 9 and AB 434), the site was successfully subdivided and entitled for four new residential units. All entitlements have been secured, and the project is currently under construction.
